Meeting the challenges of the X.0 industry while taking into account environmental and social issues

The Smart Digital Green World aims to create a network of international academic and industrial actors working together to develop intelligent systems, respectful of the environment and in line with the needs and aspirations of society. This network is created to meet the challenges of the X.0 industry while taking into account environmental and social issues, with the aim of building a smarter, more developed and more integrated society with the socio-economic world.

The day before the opening of the Industries du futur Be 5.0 exhibition, this launch day is co-organized by the founding members of the Quebec network SDG Innovation (ETS, Concordia, Université de Laval, McGill, Polytechniques Montréal, Université de Sherbrooke, UQAM, UQTR), the international strategic community of GET Industrie (UHA, UL, UNISTRA, URCA and UTT) and Grand Enov+. It will welcome representatives from other partner countries who will join the network, including countries from Africa (Morocco, Egypt, Algeria), Asia (United Arab Emirates, Vietnam) and Europe (Germany, Sweden).

The main objective of this event is to present the ambitions and actions of the Smart Digital Green World Network, as well as to bring together actors from different backgrounds around this theme. Presentations and panel discussions will be held to discuss the challenges and opportunities of implementing smart and environmentally friendly systems and their impact on tomorrow's society.
